Dr. Roebuck has
over 25 years as a business consultant and educator.
While at KSU, she has served as:

Executive Director of the Siegel Institute for
Leadership, Ethics, and Character
Coles College has
recognized her with the Outstanding Teaching Award,
and she has twice been a finalist for the KSU
Distinguished Teaching Award. She has published over
23 articles and authored three textbooks.
While Chair of Leadership and Professional
Development, BusinessWeek ranked Coles College EMBA
Program 3rd in the World for Teaming. Her innovative
and interactive style complement her roles as coach,
mentor, speaker, and facilitator across a broad
range of industries in the business sector. She is
often called upon to collaborate with clients to
enhance work productivity and relationships.
Dr. Roebuck led the Siegel Institute in creating the
Phenomenal Women’s Alliance (PWA), a strategic
alliance of individuals and organizations that
support and encourage the advancement of women in
leadership, education, and economic development.
Also under her leadership, the Siegel Institute
became an academic unit of KSU and launched the only
Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Ethics in the
SE region of the US.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since 2000, Dr.
Roebuck has led student study trips, and taught in
schools and colleges in Bucharest (Romania),
Helsinki (Finland) and Singapore. She hosted the
first and second Oxford, England Conclave on Global
Ethics in 2005 and 2006, and in March, 2008 was a
keynote speaker for an HR Conference in Bucharest,
Romania. She has been invited to speak at Egypt's
National Organization for Women in 2009.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Dr. Roebuck
received her Ph.D. from Georgia State University.
She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator; the NEO-PR; the WorkPlace Big Five
Personality Assessment, a certified Covey
facilitator for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective
People and Building Trust for KSU; and a certified
facilitator of the Hermann Brain Dominance
Inventory. She is also a certified skilled
facilitator and a Registered Corporate Coach.
Her mission in life is to help others be the best
that they can be and especially help women navigate
the move into leadership positions. She believes
that as we change one life, we transform the world.
